DimBeton are modular insulated concrete blocks that are used to quickly build modern houses for tourism and recreation. They are comfortable in both summer and winter, have high energy efficiency and a premium look.
How long does installation take?
Installation takes from several weeks - approximately 200 m² can be assembled in one shift by a small team. You can welcome the first guests 1–2 months after the start of work (depending on permits and access to the site).
Can houses be expanded or moved?
Yes. The modules are easily scalable: you can start with 1-3 houses and gradually add more. If your plans change, they can be dismantled and moved to another site.
What is the return on investment?
Traditional construction pays for itself in about 24 months, while DimBeton modules pay for themselves in about 12 months.
